The Equilibrium Therapy® Magnetic Rug was created to promote mobility, improve joint function, and keep your horse healthy. It has magnets where you want them, using 6 strong, substantial Vitaflex® magnets (25cm each), you can target wherever you want. Excellent for older arthritic horses, riding horses in work, or on stall rest. Perfect to use while shipping or standing for extended periods of time. 

Use it before/after exercise or even overnight to fit comfortably into your schedule! 

The ergonomic design features a detachable neck, anti-rub lining at the chest and shoulder region.

Description

The advantages of magnets.

For many years, both humans and horses have used magnets. Magnetic fields are proven to maintain healthy blood flow while enhancing muscle and joint health and aiding mobility. It is now simple to target just where your horse needs it most, and easy to incorporate into your horse’s everyday routine. The magnets may be attached where your horse needs them thanks to the nylon hook-receptive inner lining.

What makes Vitaflex magnets unique?

The electromagnetic characteristics of a body’s cells make them susceptible to the effects of a magnetic field. Unlike normal Neodymium magnets, which only present one pole to the body, Vitaflex magnets alternately present the negative and positive poles to the body. The tissues of the body are penetrated by these powerful, circular, and permanent magnetic fields with alternating pole sequences.

When should you use your Equilibrium Therapy Magnetic Rug? 

Use it every day as part of your horse’s regular routine to aid in maintaining the health of their backs, neck, shoulder, and hindquarter. 

Perfect to use: 

  • Before or after riding 
  • During stall rest 
  • Long durations of standing, and trailering 
  • On Limited turnout 

Caution: Do not apply Vitaflex® magnets on open wounds, bruises, areas of inflammation, or for the first 5 days following steroid injections.
