The Whisper by Starrider Equestrian is designed to bring your exhale down to slow your breathing, lengthen your breath outflows which calms, and relaxes your body, muscles, and mind, all in a about a minute. It is used to bring your body and mind to a calm and focused feeling. The Whisper is especially helpful once you mount your horse. Take a moment to use the Whisper before you leave the mounting block or waiting ring side to enter your test or course. HOW TO USE: 

  1. Hold the Whisper between your thumb and index finger.
  2. Take a deep breath through your nose.
  3. Place your lips on the base of the Whisper, and breathe out through the tool slowly, using a soft,light,breath, until your lungs are completely emptied. This should take about 8-10 seconds. Try to avoid a blowing motion. Keep your breath slow, light, and    steady. Repeat – We recommend 6 breathing cycles.
